Boarding and Disembarking Paradise Vietnam Cruises

Embarking and disembarking your cruise in Halong Bay at Paradise Cruises couldn’t be an easier process. We take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your Halong Bay overnight cruise, right down to register your presence with the Board of Management of Halong Bay. As long as you have provided us with accurate information prior to your luxury cruise, your check-in and check-out will be hassle-free.

Embarking

When you arrive at Tuan Chau Island, you will be taken to Paradise Suites Hotel to check in. Our concierge staff will take care of your luggage as soon as you arrive, which will be transferred to your cabin onboard your cruise. Relax in our lobby area and enjoy light refreshments after your long journey from Hanoi.
After approximately 30 minutes, our buggy will take you to Tuan Chau Marina just a short 680 meters away, where you will board your Halong Bay overnight cruise.

As soon as you board your cruise, you will assemble in the Reception area on the first floor, where you will be given your cabin key. While your luggage will be taken to your cabin by our cruise crew, you will meet in the restaurant for your welcome drink and a short briefing about your cruise. Once the briefing is complete, you are ready to start your journey, exploring Halong Bay on one of the best luxury overnight cruises.

Disembarking

On your last morning aboard your Halong Bay cruise, once you pack packed, just leave your luggage outside the door of your cabin. Proceed to Reception on the first floor, where you can check-out and pay for any extra services.
Once your vessel arrives at Tuan Chau Marina, our buggy will take you and your luggage back to Paradise Suites Hotel, where you can wait in comfort for your transport back to Hanoi.

Hints and tips

Some guests make their own way to Tuan Chau Island rather than use the convenience of the Paradise Shuttle Bus or private car, and sometimes there are delays. If you are late for your cruise, just let Paradise Cruises know as soon as possible, and we will organize a speed boat or tender to transport you to your cruise.

When you pack your luggage ready to disembark your cruise, make sure you check your cabin carefully to make sure that you have not left any belongings behind.
After disembarking, and you do find that you have lost luggage, please notify Paradise Cruises as soon as possible, and we will check and locate it and transfer it back to you.
