Summer vacation 2022

This is truly an amazing trip, worth every penny. The scenery is spectacular, food is good. Especially, the service is excellent. "Khanh Ly" was so kind and professional.

The overall experience in the cruise was wonderful. The staff were all very polite and accommodating to our every need. Amazing live band performance by cute duo Boyet and Jenny after the delicious 4-course dinner.

Definitely worth a visit

Very well organised and very friendly staff. Amenities are also very clean. We are vegetarians and the staff prepared separate vegetarian Vietnamese and Western meals. Highly recommended !

Definitely to recommend

We spontaneously booked the boat trip and were really excited. The ship was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The cocktails and the food were also very good. The prices for the drinks were reasonable.

Unfortunately, only coffee and tea for breakfast were free.

The perfect honeymoon experience

Paradise Elegance Cruise gave us a fantastic experience. The cruise offered lovely room, deck and views. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to any honeymoon couple for a lifetime experience.

A Wonderful 2-day Cruise

As I write this, I am sitting in the Paradise terminal in Halong Bay. My wife and I just finished the overnight cruise, and we had an absolutely amazing time on the boat. We originally booked for the Paradise Sail, but we were upgraded to a suite on the Paradise Elegance - fine by us!

Our 2.5 hour transfer from the Melia Hotel in Hanoi was fine, and then we had roughly a 1 hour wait in the air-conditioned terminal. We boarded the boat and were immediately greeted by Ryan, the ship manager. We were shown to our suite with a beautiful picture window, and then went upstairs for lunch where we met Kiana, our butler for the trip.

We enjoyed the ship so much we skipped the excursions to the cave, the beach, and the kayaks. Rather, we enjoyed the gorgeous facilities and services on the cruise. Sunset drinks on the sun deck, giant Vietnamese seafood dinner - everything was enjoyable. We were possibly the only non-Vietnamese on the cruise (we're American), and everyone was having a great time. One group of older Vietnamese couples even brought their own PA system and danced to Latin music as we cruised the bay - it was a fantastic atmosphere.

If you want to enjoy a little quiet in Halong bay (and possibly escape Hanoi for a night), we would definitely recommend Paradise Cruises.

The tour was great, the room was nice and clean, the food was delicious, the staff was very friendly. Ms. Thu was very attentive. I can give it 7* for the whole journey if possible.

Memorable memories

My family traveled on the Paradise Elegance 1. It was really a comfortable experience from check-in process to being guided off the cruise, the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly! The bedroom is very nice, comfortable, and has a balcony with great views. The food and other services are absolutely amazing! Activities of visiting caves, swimming are also very interesting! Thank you very much Ms. Thuy - the restaurant staff who was very dedicated to serving my family's meals! I will visit the cruise again for my next travel!
