However, during your cruise, you may wish to indulge in additional services and amenities. You can easily purchase drinks, wellness treatments, spa services, and souvenirs while on board. If you desire to upgrade your cabin or extend your stay, our friendly and professional crew will be happy to assist you with the arrangements.

For your convenience, any extra services or products you choose to purchase will be added to your account and can be settled at Reception during the check-out process, before you disembark. Please note that the prices for alcohol and cigarettes in Vietnam are subject to an excise tax higher than in many other countries. For instance, alcohol prices may include an additional tax of 20% or more, while beer has a 65% add-on tax.

To make the tipping process convenient and fair, each Paradise Cruises vessel has a designated tip box. All gratuities collected in the box are shared among the cruise team members who have contributed to making your experience enjoyable and memorable.

As a general guideline, a cash gratuity of around VND 200,000 per cabin is considered a customary and reasonable amount to tip the crew.
